How long is the Long Documentary Style Film?
The Long Documentary Style Film varies based on the length of the ceremony, speeches, dances, and other important moments. Some documentary films can exceed 90 minutes because they preserve the day in a more complete, chapter-style format.
What is the turnaround time for wedding photos and films?
Edited wedding photos and the Short Cinematic Film are typically delivered in 4 to 6 weeks. The Long Documentary Style Film is typically delivered in 6 to 8 weeks.
How do we receive our wedding photos and videos?
Once everything is edited and ready, your files are delivered through a Google Drive download link. Short wedding films may also be hosted on Vimeo so they are easy to watch and share online.
Do we have to sign a contract?
Yes. A signed service agreement is required for every booking. It protects both sides, confirms the package details, outlines deliverables, and officially reserves your wedding date.
What deposit is required to book Megaset Weddings?
A 15% deposit is required to reserve your date. The deposit is applied toward the total package price and confirms our availability for your wedding.
How do we book you for our wedding?
Start by sending your event date, venue, contact information, and the services you are interested in. If the date is available, we can schedule a call or send the service agreement for review. Once the agreement is signed and the deposit is paid, your date is reserved.
Can we use commercial or popular music in our wedding video?
Popular music can create copyright issues on platforms such as Vimeo, YouTube, and social media. If a copyright claim prevents a video from being displayed, we may need to replace the music or remove the public embed. Licensed or copyright-safe music is the best option for reliable online sharing.
Is drone footage included?
Some packages include drone footage when conditions allow. South Florida has many no-fly zones, venue restrictions, weather limitations, and safety considerations, so drone coverage is never guaranteed. If it is legal and safe to fly, we will fly.
Where do you travel for weddings?
Megaset Weddings is based in Boca Raton and serves couples throughout South Florida, including Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, West Palm Beach, Palm Beach, Jupiter, and Port Saint Lucie. Travel outside South Florida may be available when travel costs are accommodated.
Do you carry liability insurance?
Yes. We carry liability insurance for venues that require proof of coverage.

Yes. We are happy to schedule a call or meeting before booking so we can discuss your wedding day, your priorities, and the photography or videography package that fits best.
